Company provides telecomunications solutions including modems, digital broadband, etc.
The telecom sector is quite out of favor and appears to be nearly "washed out", leaving some
pretty attracive companies valuation wise in its wake. pcti is one of these. The company
has no debt, about 6.50 in cash, and a low price to sales ratio. While I am not long at the current time,
the time to buy is nearing and this is one which is high on my watch list.
Currently, all my positions are short, but once I cover and go long, I plan to establish a position
here. I bought and sold this one in early january for a nice profit and think that the bottom is around 7 3/4, which
is where I plan to be a buyer. Who knows where the bottom of this market really is, but with no debt and near
cash to equal current share price, this company looks like it should come through the current downturn and
recover with a target price in the mid teens to start.

Extremely attractive valuation with nice cash position make this company a sure fire potential winner once the bear leaves
and the market makes a recovery.
